Helping Bring Animal Abuse Criminals to Justice

Animal abuse and neglect reports appear in news outlets worldwide daily, but law enforcement officials often are left empty handed when more information is needed to convict.

In an effort to reduce the staggering number of animal cruelty cases and help law enforcement officials, SPCA International is expanding our Emergency Shelter program to include reward support for information leading to the arrest and conviction of persons involved in sever animal abuse and neglect cases.
