Recently rescued by one of our animal protection officers, Black, Galy, Agassi, John, Federer and Blacky have worked all their lives as sled dogs. After years spent working in difficult conditions, without knowing the warmth of a home, they are now each seeking a temporary foster home or, even better, a forever home.

Since their arrival at the Montreal SPCA, these 9 to 10-year-old dogs have been examined, sterilized, vaccinated and microchipped by our veterinary team. As they are fearful and not yet housebroken, they will require positive reinforcement training. We are looking for patient foster caregivers to help them adjust to their new lives.
