Our customer service team spends countless hours every day helping the public find solutions to their individual situations with their animals, preventing countless animals from needing to find a new home in the first place. And, our adoption counselors strive to help match adoptable animals with the right family by assessing an adoptive family’s unique situation and taking into account each animal’s individual personality and needs.
Our counselors are also responsible for raising awareness in the general public on various issues including alternatives to declawing, the importance of neutering and pet identification, as well as the benefits of adoption over buying a pet.
