I am very pleased to welcome you to Compassion, the very first blog of the Montreal SPCA. This platform is a place filled with discoveries for everyone who loves animals and who is interested in moving towards a life without animal cruelty.
Indeed, the exploitation of animals is found everywhere around us, whether it’s in our food consumption, in fashion, through animal experimentation for new products, or in certain forms of entertainment. I am convinced, however, that together we can change, even with small actions and changes in our daily routines.
I hope this blog will accompany you in your reflection on the fate we reserve for animals in our society – and above all, that it will inspire you and motivate you to discover some wonderful cruelty-free options for your daily life.
Have a great read and I hope you discover plenty!
